Access point seamless access

Hi,

we had configured the controller 2504 and AP

AP joini the controller as expected, but somehow user when move from one accesspoint to other they are facing issue

like getting weaker signal, not getting the signal from nearer AP.

do let us know how to resolve the issue.

What code are you running? What model APs? Do you have 'Client Load Balancing' enabled under WLANS > WLAN ID > Advanced?

It would be bests if you posted your show run-config and also tell us which WLAN is the issue.

Please check the Minimum RSSI, Hysteresis, Scan Threshold parameters from below configurations

The wireless clients decide which AP to join.  It's got nothing to do with the WLC and/or the AP.

Upgrade the wireless NIC drivers.
