Hi All,
I'm looking to forward a call on NOAN to extension xxxx, but if xxxx doesn't answer I'd like to then forward the call to yyyy? Can someone advise on how to achieve this? This is in CME.

Hi,
Put the the receiver DNs in a hunt group and use call forward no annswer to the pilot number of the new hunt group.
