Hello TEAM!!

I have a UCCX 9, and in order to update a xml file used with the application script, I would like upload/download the xml document file using CLI.

Anybody knows how to upload/download a document file, using CLI?

Thank you

Hi,

I am not aware of any method with CLI (and I guess it would not make things easier).

If you have UCCX Premium, though, you can create an HTTP application which would accept the contents of a document and save (~upload) it into the repository.

Why not just have your XML document on a web server where uploading/downloading/updating/etc is easy and a well know process, and then use UCCX's HTTP GET capabilities to read the XML file remotely?

Gergely, Anthony, thanks for your answers

I think that have the XML file in a external HTTP Server is more risky, because the script reads the XML for all incoming calls, and if the HTTP Server is down, or the communication to the HTTP Server is down, the script will fail.

I have a XML with the relationship between the Calling Number and the destination CSQ, and when I have a new customer, I have to add the Calling Number into the XML file

Is there some method, by SSH or other to upload/download the XML File?

Thank you!!
