Could any one please explain what RADIUS views are ?

I tried to check this in the feature navigator tool but couldn't find anything related to pareser view or RBAC.

Command reference says that The view keyword and view-name argument were integrated into Cisco IOS Release 12.2(33)SRB.

Have you tried to enable the same fetaure on some other code/image?

awwh, parser view this is also called RBAC - Role based access control.

I have been told to conifugre views in RADIUS. I dont know myself what it is.


Have you heard anything like that in RADIUS ?

I was just trying to enable view but seems like command doesnt exist in the IOS. Do you know the command to enable parser view. I am using cisco 2960 switch.

How are you enabling view through console or telnel/ssh session?

I am enabling through cosole, and the IOS image I am using is c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-35.SE5.bin

Do all IOS images support parser views or i need a specific image for that ?
