UC320 Hunt Group avoiding ring timeout

I have a customer with a UC320W with latest firmware. We are having the issue in which incoming calls, which are originally routed to a hunt group, are avoiding the ammount of seconds it must ring before going to our AA. The only way to resolve this is by rebooting the unit. Just wondering if anybody is having the same problem.

Also, configure Ring timeout under Hunt Group to a more big value and try setting If busy or no answer, forward to: None.
