I'm looking to install a cpu (UCS-CPU-E5-2643) in a UCS C220 M3. According to the documentation I should be using UCS-CPU-GREASE2 for the thermal grease. The CPU came with 2 syringes - one with a blue cap and one with red. I've searched through the documentation and can't find which one is which. I'm assuming the syringe with the red cap is UCS-CPU-GREASE2 - is this correct?
Many thanks Padma. The engineer in the video used the blue capped syringe to apply the thermal grease on a blade server - so I should use the red capped syringe on the UCS C220 M3.
