Good afternoon everyone,
My client asked me if it is possible to set a warning tone to let users know that the call is taking too long. I know the call duration can be set up, is this related to that?

No, CUCM doesn't have any feature like that.

You could do this with a TCL script on the voice gateway though. Since it already has a DSP invoked for the call that would be the easiest spot to inject audio.
