Dear All,
I have a one problem in Cisco 6945 series phone...
Nothing is showing on display..but phone is registered with CUCM and working fine...
Kindly let me know the solution....

Probably a simple hardware failure. If the phone is still under warranty or you have SMARTnet on it, you could have Cisco replace it. Also possible that some joker turned the contrast all the way down on you.

- make sure you are looking at the same MAC address on both CPE and Phone.
- If the phone does not show anything when it boots then what Jonathan said is right, it could a simple hardware failure.
