We are planning to upgrade our CSM 4.2 SP1 to the latest version: 4.4 SP2. I was wondering has anyone done this before so I can get some Do's and Don’ts and also if someone can point me to the right documentation (step-by-step preferably) since I have not done this before and I don't know where to start from?
The devices that we are primarily managing via current CSM 4.2 SP1 are 2 x redundant ASA 5520 v8.2(3). After we successfully upgraded to CSM 4.4 we would like to upgrade the ASA unites to latest version 9.1
Any help will be very much appreciated.

I went from 4.3 to 4.4 without issue by following the upgrade guide here.
It indicates that going from 4.2 directly to 4.4 is also a supported upgrade

Good Day,
I've met the next problem while trying to upgrade (see the picture attached)
DB was restored without any problems or errors. Issue appears after log on.

Looks like my old 4.2 doesn't contain TICKED_ID field. Guess that this is about new ticket system in 4.4 version...
