Hello that such, I have a problem and it is the following one, I have the jabber installed in PC several with windows 7 and windows XP, the jabber in the windows 7 traverses without nigun problem but in the PC with XP it is closed unexpectedly, someone knows that you cause provokes that the jabber is closed unexpectedly. Regards.

Alfredo,

Without logs it is impossible to tell.

Jabber for windows is supported on xp so it should work.

I suggest gathering a problem report and opening a TAC case.
