I wonder if ye could help me out? I have a small number users reporting intermittant problmes with international calls, the problem that is presenting is that the when the call is answered the caller can hear the recipent, but the recipent cannot hear the caller. this problem is random and not every time.
as far as I can tell there is no cofiguration differences between these users and the users that are not experiencing the problems.
Could this be an issue with the call manager, or would this be an issue with with our upstream telephone number provider?
