Callback on CME

  This should be relatively easy (as there is nothing to configure) but I am unable to get it to work.


CME ver 9


3 x IP phones are registered (7942s) - all with dual line DNs


I force a phone to be busy by calling it twice.  I then attempt a third call and I get a busy signal (as expected).  I press the CallBack softkey and I get a fast busy signal.


Yes, - I have added the callback to the ephone template

Yes, - I have checked ephone-dn callback and it shows that no phones have any pending callbacks.


I can include my config - but as there is supposedly nothing to configure to make this work, why bother


Any ideas?
