Desktop Share Greyed Out

Hi,

I have logged into the Cisco Jabber Windows client. I can have video call and chat. But the Desktop Share option is Greyed Out and so I am not able to share the desktop!! I have uploaded the COP file cmterm-bfcp-e.8-6-2.cop.sgn on both the nodes in CUCM cluster and rebooted the both the nodes. Also I have installed Medianet Service on my desktop. Did half a dozen restart of all the devices (CUCM both PUB & SUB, CUP, IP Phone, Cisco Jabber Client, PC). The software versions are given below. Pls Guide or give me the possible reasons why its greyed out.

CUCM: 8.6.2.20000-2

CUP: 8.6.4.10000-28

Cisco Jabber: 9.2.3

Are you trying to use this with both Jabber clients on softphone mode???

If not, that's the reason, it ONLY works on softphone mode.
