Presence server IMP: cannot change the default 'domain.not.set' presence domain

Dear all,

I try to change the default value of the IM and Presence Domain in the IMP server (cluster topology/settings) from the default "domain.not.set" to the correct value.

However, it seems I cannot change this field in any way (backspace not working in this field). I also deactivated all services, rebooted the server to see if that would help, but it wasn't the case.

The setup is a HA setup, with 2 nodes in a cluster pair. I also tried it by also removing the second node and the high availability, but still the field can not be edited.

Does anyone have an idea what I need to do to be able to change this field ? The 3 services that should be stoppped as per documentation are of course deactivated - as well as all the other services

the release is 9.1.1

Did you stop the services it tells you below ,i.e. presence, proxy, etc? Do not deactivate them, just make sure they are stopped.
