I´m a new on Switching & Routing

Here is the scenario i have on Network that a connecting to the vlan 121 ( 10.121.162.0/24) and one host on this vlan have the ip 10.121.162.38

In the same time i have 2 default ISp route

VLAN 121

interface Vlan121

description ***NETWORK RANGE SABMILLER***

ip address 10.121.162.1 255.255.255.0

ip route-cache policy

ip policy route-map 104

Default Route ISP

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.30.40.2 name PROXY_TMG track 1

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.121.162.2 20 name Juniper

My Goal is to create a PBR that will passe all the traffic from the host 10.121.162.38 to the second ISP link.

And All of the rest of the traffic have to pass normaly to the first default route.

Can somebody helpd me with some resolution please ?
