about import contact from ad

In this scene,we have TMS,VCS and EX90.At the same time,customers also use LYNC .At present we are using B2BUA to call lync.In addition,in order to communicate with analog telephone,we  had built sip trunk with audiocodes gateway.

Customers now hope that we can import the contact from AD to EX90,so they can directly call the contact via phone number.Can we do that?

I think you can get the contact list from AD with TMS. After that you can get the directory from TMS to EX90 with global directory feature. With this 2 steps you can reach to your contact list.


As far as I know there is no support yet on the telepresence endpoints about direct integration with AD for contact list.


It comes a new feature on TMS 14.1 that you can get the contact list from CUCM manager too, which CUCM integrated with AD.
