CUCM 8.6 on MCS 7845-I3

Hi All,

I'm trying to install the CUCM 8.6.1 on the MCS 7845-I3 server & got the "Unsupported Hardware" during the installation wizard.

Not sure we are getting this error since I3 servers are alreday in the supported list.

Hi

what is the full part number of the MCS box.

It may be like you are using 7845-I3-CCE2 server which are not supported for the CUCM installation.

Hi ,

The server is very much supported with Call manager 8.6.x with 6GB DRAM and 146GB HDD.

can u share the error snapshot?
