802.1x port-based issues

I am configuring the Cisco siwtch as the 802.1x port-based connecting a Windows Server Raduis.

I am thinking some problems about the 802.1x port-based as below:

1. If the configured port plug the hub and connect many PCs, the first PC login, then other PCs will assigned the authorized VLAN.

2. Have the redundancy Radius servers? Once the single Radius server is down, that should be assigned to a unauthorized VLAN.

As the qestion 1, Should I operate the Port Security?

As the question 2, Must I make the Radius server as redundancy?
