WAP321 Captive Portal Issue and timeout problems

As the title says, I'm having trouble working WAP321 cluster mode.

The problem basically is that sometimes users to connect to the wireless network, the APs do not request authentication through captive portal and users connect directly to the Internet without any security level.

Another point is that sometimes users despite being authenticated, the AP's are prompted for credentials Captive Portal 3 or more times during the day, working and connected to the network (active members).

im using

Firmware Version: 1.0.3.4
