I am having an issue where the Overal Stats don't reflect the queue stats for abandoned calls. The abanonded calls appears to only reflect the data from one of our CSQ's. I have ran the sql queries and the information that is displayed is correct in the tables.
I am using
SELECT * FROM RtICDStatistics
to get the abandoned calls. When I run
SELECT CSQName, loggedInAgents, availableAgents, callsWaiting, callsHandled, totalCalls, callsAbandoned, convLongestWaitDuration, endDateTime FROM RtCSQsSummary ORDER BY CSQName I see abandoned calls in both CSQ's. It appears as if the total from the last one is what I am getting for the overall stats.
