I want to get me CCNA Security certification and would like your suggestions for a home lab. I DO NOT want to use GNS3. Should I get an ASA too? I learn from hands on and have about 900 to spend on a lab.
Thank you for your ideas!
Michael
PS: I do not have any equipment yet.

Hi,
If you have a current CCNA RS lab it will be easier to do an upgrade to CCNA Security.
You'll need a couple of 1841s and 2950 or 2960 switches depending on your budget.
I always check out this site for lab setup/kits:

Personally, I've got an ASA 5505, few 1841s, an 8-port 3560 and 2960.
