Hi. i saw below statement in my router. May I know why use this command?
1) why need to boot startup-config from flash instead of NVRam? any advantage?
boot-start-marker
boot config flash:startup-config
boot-end-marker
2) why need to set card type. If my fastethernet 0/1 is 10M Internet and fastethernet0/0 is local LAN, Interface serial0/0/0:0 is 2M MPLS connection?
card type e1 0 0

Alan.
As I mentioned, that command in needed to let the router know what card type you are going to use with that module.
Without that command you could not see the interface s0/0/0:0

Hi Alan.
1) Booting from flash has the same result. In flash you can store more config files than in NVRAM in case you should roll back to a prevoious configuration version version
2) To activate E1 Controller you need that command

For 2. Activate e1 controller. Does it affect the bandwidth on each interface?
