SPA504G Line not registering

Hi, we have two lines that are on our system at work and have both Cisco Spa504g phones. Both are not registering online.

Have tried everything from system reboots, factory resets, logging into both phones with different username/passwords and so on, but no luck at all.


Is there anything that I haven't tried that might be worth trying?
