vlan configuration on rvs 4000

I am running a RVS 4000 version 1 with firmware V1.3.3.5 I have an ap EnGenuis ECB350 the ECB350 is configured for 2 networks one on the local network for access to the default vlan and another network isolated for only internet access and no local resources (guest network). The wireless networks are on seperate vlan's default 1 for the local network and vlan 2 for the guest network.

How do I configure the vlans of the router to allow access to the 2nd vlan? the secure one works fine. DHCP and dns is handled on the server for the default vlan and not the router.

Hi David, thank you for using our forum, my name is Luis I am part of the Small business Support community. Let me know if I understand well, in this moment Vlan1 has no access to Vlan2 and vice versa, now you want to allow the access from Vlan1 to Vlan 2 but restrict the access from Vlan2 to Vlan1, if I am right, please follow the configuration below.

Step 1. Go to Setup > Advanced Routing and select Inter-Vlan Routing and click save.

Step 2. You need to restrict the access from Vlan2 to Vlan1, in this case you need to set an access rule in firewall settings to restrict the Access Rule. Here you will see some steps to configure the Access Rule.

I hope you find this answer useful

Greetings,
