I can´t register phones in CallManagerExpress 15.3-3.M

Hello,

I have a problem with CME, i upgraded 2911 for version ios universalk9-mz.SPA.153-3.M and when router startup cannot laod the phone files.

what is the current firmware on the phones ?, if it is 9-3-1, it will not upgrade the phones.

also make sure you have the files on the flash, tray to use alias commnad like the below

tftp-server flash0:/IP_Phones/7942_7962/Sccp/term62.default.loads alias /term62.default.loads

In addition to the useful information which MR/Anas shared with you , please type under telephony-service no create cnf-files and then create cnf-files as the below

Telephony-service

no create cnf-files

create cnf-files.

Hi Anas,

This works thank you for your help, the phones is registered right now

But i have another problem...i have Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831 and i can´t register this conference... i have cme version 10 and i have the correct files in the flash but i cannot register the device.

RF-RT-01#sh telephony-service

CONFIG (Version=10.0)

This means that CME not support Cisco Unified IP Conference Phone 8831??

Also don't forget about the EULA acceptance now. Phones will not be allowed to register until this is done.
