How do i block a specific incoming phone number from calling into the CUCM systes.

This has been asked many times here and you should be able to search for options. Basically there are 2:
if using H323/SIP for GW control use translation-rule reject on the GW
Or use "Route Next Hop By Calling Party Number" feature on CUCM translation pattern if you have CUCM 8+ (I think).

Hi Jeff,
you can also use the ECC (External Call Control) to achive your needs.
For this, you have to have some external app which will handle it.
2Ring PHONE SERVICES (http://www.2ring.com/NewJuice) may be the one what you look for.
By the way, FREE or TRIAL license is obviously available.

The requiremen to block selected incomming/Outgoing calls to CUCM can be achieved using MARS Intellicall Application for CUCM ( based on CUCM CURRI)
