We have a UCCE 9.0 set up and CM 9.0 . We have SIP Phone with Force authorization code (FAC) and agent should login with Cisco CTIoS Agent desktop and make a outbound call with dialpad .Once the agent dials the customer number followed by the FAC code we recieve a error prompt.
We have tested the same scenario with the SCCP phone and call is reaching the customer.
Scenario 1 - SCCP phone
Agent desktop dialpad--> Mobile number,fac --> Success
Scenario 2 - SIP phone
Agent desktop dialpad--> Mobile number,fac --> Failure
Can any one tell me what needs to be configured differently for a SIP phone.
