I have an SX20, when i make an external video call is showing my internal IP Address instead of my Public IP Address.

Somebody can help me?

could you bit elaborate more ?

do you see your internal IP on far end unit ( located on public ip) ?

do we had set NAT setting to auto or on in SX20 ?
