cisco pix 506e web access

hi there


we have a cisco pix 506e but i am unable to log into the web front end.


i am led to believe it is to do with the version of java installed. but i cant get the web front end to work.


can someone help me access it, please?

The old Pixes use a Pix Device Manager (PDM) GUI which can be launched from a browser. It depends on you having the right (old) version of Java for compatibility.


If you can login via console or ssh and ascertain what version of PDM you have, you can then refer to this field notice to determine what Java version you'd need.
