User getting external caller prioritized over current call

Hello,


I have a big issue with one of my user, he is complaining that sometimeswhen he is already on call, other external call is taking priority over the current call.

It really disturb him.


My call manager version is 8.6

The user have a cti application on his phone (manager assistant application)


Does someone have an idea about this issue
