Does WAP121 support Captive portal?

Hi, My name is Eric Moyers. I am a Network Support Engineer in the Cisco Small Business Support Center. Thank you for using the Cisco Community Post Forums.

Unfortunately, the WAP121 does not support Captive Portal at this time. The WAP300 and 500 series APs are the only ones that do.

What are you looking to do? Maybe I can help come up with a solution for you.

Thanks Eric,

I have read somewhere that 121 will support Captive portal with new FW.

Probably it was for Single Setup (clustering)

We will jump on 321.

Correct the new firmware has Single Point Setup. I think you will be very pleased with the WAP321.

Hi, Eric.

Do you know if WAP121 will support Captive Portal in nearest future? We installed about 30-40 WAP121 in our branch offices not so long ago and would not like replace it with 300 or 500 series.
