A customer has reported issues once updating to version 4.0.
- Equipment (D9854s and D9858s) was updated last week.
- Over the weekend customer began receiving noticeable audio hits and warning messages on monitoring system that indicated loss of video and audio (very short durations).
- Customer downgraded to 3.96 (and selected old FPGA code) on all units. Issue disappeared.
Cisco's TS and R&D organizations are working this issue, and will provide updates when available.
Recommended action at this point is to standby if you have scheduled updates.
