HI,
One of the options for installing TMSXE 3.1.2 is in non AD Mode
Installing with Non-AD mode
To be able to run Cisco TMSXE in Non-Active Directory mode, launch the Cisco TMSXE installer with the
following command line switch :
-NONADCONNECTIONMODE
I can not seem to get this commandline switch to be accepted. Does someone have an example of the correct syntax?
thx,
rf

worked with TAC to get this figured out. The correct syntax is
msiexec /i TMSXESetup.msi NONADCONNECTIONMODE=1
A documentation defect has been opened with ID: CSCul18387
Hopefully that will help someone in the future.

Not without loss of data. If you really want to do this, please open a service request with TAC to get dedicated support in assessing your particular deployment.
A word of advice for others who are considering installing TMSXE in non-AD Mode: This option was introduced to support a couple of customers who had very specific requirements. 99.5% of customers do not have Exchange deployments where these conditions apply. Don't install TMSXE in non-AD Mode unless you have discussed it with your Cisco account team and agreed that this is right for you.
Regards,
Kjetil
