does LACP require same  native vlan, vlan range on physical port and logical interface?

                  such as

I config vlan range on physical interface for vlan 10-100

and config vlan range on physical interface for vlan 100-200

and config vlan range on interface port-channel 1 for vlan range 20-100

is there any problem, or can lacp form etherchannel?

    thank you!

Tom

Yes.

logical interface

You mean Port Channel interface number?  No.  Interface number is "locally significant".

Post the config and the result to the command "sh etherchannel summary".

i mean I config vlan range on physical interface gi3/1 for vlan 10-100

and config vlan range on physical interface gi3/2 for vlan 101-200

this two physical interface form etherchannel port-channel 1

and config vlan range on interface port-channel 1 for vlan range 20-100,

                CAN this port-channel up?

Tom

No.

Your port-channel is composed of Gig 3/1 and Gig 3/2.  Both interface have DIFFERENT allowed VLANs.  Therefore the port-channel will stay down.
