Arun,

PC Bus errors ussually reflect that the router had issues accessing a certain memory location.

The memery locations can be found by issuing

show region

However this is 99% an IOS code bug.

Raise a TAC or try upgrading your IOS.

Regards,
Alex.

HI Arun,

Troubleshoot bus error:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps1831/products_tech_note09186a00800cdd51.shtml

Cisco 3800 Series Router Hardware Troubleshooting

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps5855/products_tech_note09186a008073ee69.shtml

Verly old paper for troubleshooting bus error ,But the steps mentioned still holds good,  it would be a hardware fault  otherwise most probable an IOS bug/issue, which I can see that you'll  also agree about the IOS being obsolete.

Regards
