RV220W Dyndns update

Hello,

I've replaced a RV042 by a RV220W router.
I use a PPPOE WAN connection.

I use it as a PPTP server. (It works )

The problem is that the dyndns doesn't update the IP (with my new router RV220W. It worked with my old RV042.)

There is no error in log.

Any Ideas?

JF,

Try deleting all of the details under Networking-> Dynamic DNS and carefully re-enter them. I have used dynsdns with an RV220W for over 2 years and it works perfectly.

Hello,

We have verified the password and configuration and everything is ok. We have even tried with another Dyndns.org account and it's the same. Nothing happen ! No update.

Is there a log ine the router where we can see the status of the dynamic DNS?

I don't recall seeing anything in the logs regarding dyndns updates, although I have never looked because it has always worked perfectly.

Are you on the latest firmware?
