Unable to add Gatekeeper

Hi to all,


I'm new in Cisco Voice Portal. I have installed CVP, then checked all services are running. After that I have added CallServer, Reporting, VXML servers, etc. But I cannot add Gatekeeper from Device Managenemt menu. I can't understand differense between "User password" and  "Enable password". In documentation I have found that "Enable password" is "Password to change to exec mode on device". In my case device for gatekeeper is CUCM. I have create user and password using CLI but nothing work. In general "Test Sign-In" always show failed due to login/password incorrect. And CVP Voice Browser is out of service.


Can you please help and advice what should I do?
