We need to know the maximum number of characters that could be displayed on the phone across the display (width), as well as the maximum number of rows down (# of vertical rows down) on the 7925G phone.

Does anyone know these answers?  A third party vendor will be sending us messages from there system to our 7925G's

Thanks

I don't know the answer, but it won't be a fixed number of characters when it comes to the width, as it depends on the characters. It's the same for any phone model, an I doesn't take the same space as an O to display.

You'll need to run some tests using those messages to get an aproximate of how many characters you'll get.
