Solved: CUCM Bulk administration - Bulk changing partition for CTI Route points?

Hi Support,

Just wondering if anyone has come accross this.. I am trying to bulk change 100+ cti route points into another partition within CUCM 8.6.2

I have done this for Phone directory numbers in the past, however cannot find a way within bulk administration to do this for CTI route points. Any one have any idea on how to achieve this quickly and simply?

You cant update CTI Route Points like you can with UPdate phones, you would have to delate them and re-add using BAT

This is possible by doing a Import/Export.

1. Goto bulk admin > Import/Export > Export

2. Select CTI Route Point > Run

3. Download file, open with tar reader of choice, csv is inside with all CTI RP

4. Edit the CSV to what you need

5. Upload whole tar file to import

6. Import override existing

As always test first before trying in production.

I have tried doing what Darcy suggested. The Job runs and everything says it was successful, but the partitions did not change.
