Missed Calls not displayed on ip phones

Dear All,

for unknown reason some of the ip phones stop displaying Missed Calls and please help on that

I'm using communications manager 9.0

the problem is with Missed calls only

both working and not working phones disply the same time

both working and not working phones run SCCP 9.3.1.3

could you please verify if the 'Log Missed Calls' is checked under directory number configuration of those affected phones?

Description

Symptom:
7962 phone not able to record missed call in call history
Conditions:
phone is running version SCCP42.9-3-1-1S on CUCM 9.0
there is no call record in the call history. other phone call this phone and this phone don't answer. this phone don't have any record of the missed call in call history.
Workaround:
