I'm experiencing 30-60 second delays in hearing the party on the other side of my phone calls.   I can see via the client that I've connected with someone, the call timer is clicking off, they can hear me, I can't hear them, then after a period of time I can hear the other person. We can IM instanly while this is happening.   There is not a delay on their side, nor after I can finally hear the other person.  This is happening very regular, and only just started happening in the last week.  I'm connected via home dsl and aruba to company network, windows 7 with jabber client.  Any ideas or things to troubleshoot.  Thanks.
