Does my interface failed?

Could you help me diagnose with HWIC-2T interface on Cisco 1841?

On this interface was connected Frame-Relay link and everything worked well until yesterday, service team from my Internet Operator they won't help me because they connecter their router and everything working.

Yes, it looks like you aren't getting any LMI packets from the SP.
