Recently, we added a fix to our middleware client to address a number of the login issues users were experiencing. If you currently happen to be experiencing any login issues, please let us so we can address the root of the problem.
Please note, there are times over the weekend when our backend systems are being upgraded (typically early Sunday mornings GMT +5) where you may not be able to login for a short period of time.
Lastly, keep an eye out for our new clients (v3.4) we'll be releasing early next week. We've made several UI enhancements (less steps to watch videos, listen to podcasts, and read RSS feeds), not to mention several new handy capabilities.
