Is secondary IP supported on SG-300?

I want to have devices with IP addresses from 2 different subnets allowed on the same VLAN and use the VLAN interface IP as the default gateway for thode devices.

With a L3 Catalyst switch, I would just add a secondary IP address to the VLAN interface.  Can I do this on the SG-300?

Hello,

My name is Nikola and I am an engineer from the SBSC team.

Yes secondary IP address is supported on SG-300 switches.

First, you need to change the switch from L2 to L3.
Then you can add interfaces onto same or different VLANs.

For the syntax of the CLI commands, please refer to this guide:

Thanks,

thanks for your reply , butt your link is broken

Hello Dear,

you just need to follow the below steps.

system setting -choose system mode L3-save it   Switch will reboot please backup first to do that for the safe side.

go to the IP configuration-ipv4 interface -if you have already set an IP on VLAN 1 or another VLAN.

click to add you can add different subnet IPVLAN addresses on the same VLAN but can't count the same subnet secondary IP on the same VLAN.

below tutorial will help you...
