How do I show historical reports?

I have just implemented a CSQ for our Help Desk.  I am not very strong with voice, but learning every day due to necessity. 


The Help Desk manager will want to view stats and reports on things like the number of calls for the agents, number of missed calls, average wait time for customers in the queue, things like that.


What is the procedure to pull these reports from CUCX 8.5.1?

You'll need to install Cisco Historical Reporting Client (HRC) on desktop and run that to generate historical reports. You can download the software from UCCX server itself; under Plugins if not mistaken.
