Hi,

I am trying to create a Router On a Stick (two interfaces on a single NIC): eth0 not tagged and [email protected] on vlan id 2. The interface "mywan" seems to be tagged.

2: eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc pfifo_fast state UP mode DEFAULT qlen 1000

    link/ether b8:27:eb:87:ab:fd brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

3: mywan@eth0: <BROADCAST,MULTICAST,UP,LOWER_UP> mtu 1500 qdisc noqueue state UP mode DEFAULT

    link/ether b8:27:eb:87:ab:fd brd ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

    vlan id 2 <REORDER_HDR>

I connected that host on port g1 of the switch. The ISP modem is connected on port g2. Both ports are members of vlan1 (untagged) and vlan2 (tagged) Problem is that my dhcp requests doesn't seem to get through to the modem although tcpdump shows that they are broadcasted and properly tagged. Do you see any problem in my configuration below?
