Archive Feature in Cisco

I had configured the Archive Feature in Cisco Switch. Its working but its  not working properly. How to trouble shoot this.

Archive

Path tftp://X.X.X.X/Name-cfg

time period 1( 1 Minutes)

write memory

exit

This is my configuratiuon.

But 2 Back up was taken automaticaly. the time difference bewteen 2 back up was 20 Minutes and morethan one hour  3 back up not taken automcatically....

someone suggest what is the issue on it.
