Field Notice for 2504 -- Power Supply ?

I dont see any current field notices for the 2500 Series WLAN Controller.

However, my supplier (MJ Systems) is telling me that they've started processing 5+ RMAs based on faulty power supplies in

AIR-WLC2504-K9*

Has anyone else seen a prorlblem with WLC2504 and faulty DC Power Supply cable?
