It isn't clear to me what the goal of your project is. 

The content package was provided to illustrate the UX and an ITaaS implementation, but they are not meant hooked up to any backend service deliver process or system that a customer has in-house.  There is a service strategy and design methodology that you need to consider for any service catalog / ITaaS implementation.   Please make sure you have the appropriate training/resources to make your project successful.   I would not recommend using this forum as a replacement for a starter course.
