Cisco CAD Agent logged out for many agents at same time

Hi,

i have UCCX ver 7.0(2)

we noticed that many users logged out from CAD agent at same time. i have collected agent Logs and i found below errors.

Please advcie if you know reason of below errors and to fix this issue as i have it on daily basis.

what do the error logs say on your network switches and uccx server.

there is no any issue from switch side. no logs indicates physical issues at all

from uccx side i did not check,

which log should be enabled? and

what is the name of log file should i check for this issue?

any can can help in this case, Please support as it is chronic issue with IPCC

we are renwing our contract and IPCC is out of support. till renewing contract, any one can help will be apppreciated.

Hi Alaa,

Can you please provide me the MIVR and MCVD Logs within the time frame when you were experiencing the problem. You can get this logs on the server (C:\ProgramFile\wwavid\logs)

Also let me know the below points:

++ UCCX Cluster is an HA (Single Server / Two Server)?

++ Any Firewall/Antivirus installed on the Agent PC?
